Ten of Switzerland’s most promising cleantech startups will represent Swiss innovation at the Venture Leaders Cleantech roadshow in Munich from 9 to 13 November 2026. According to a statement, they were selected from more than 70 applications. The program, organized by Venturelab, is designed to support their international growth.
The roadshow will give the selected startups the opportunity to meet high-profile investors, build strategic networks, and attend workshops led by experts. The program is supported by Axpo, the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology in Zurich and Lausanne, Helbling Technik, Rentsch Partner, Vischer, and the Canton of Vaud.
One of this year’s Venture Leaders at the Cleantech Roadshow is Divea (Sion, canton of Valais). The startup enables next-generation molecular separation processes using adjustable pores in an atom-thin layer of graphene. Another, GraphEnergyTech (Ecublens, canton of Vaud), uses graphene-based electrode materials to replace expensive, carbon-intensive metals in solar energy, energy storage, and printed electronics.
Kuafu (Zurich) uses an integrated AI platform to connect grid and building operators, optimize energy resources, and accelerate decarbonization. New Generation Tanks (Renens, canton of Vaud) develops ultra-lightweight, recyclable high-pressure tanks for industrial gas storage in drones, satellites, and decarbonized mobility. PeelPack (Zurich) offers bio-based, compostable thermoplastics made from potato-processing by-products that can be used in existing plastic production facilities.
ProSeed Ingredients (Sion) uses microwave systems to make drying and thermal processes faster, more energy-efficient, and more precise. Sixteen44 (Saint-Sulpice, canton of Vaud) breaks down methane at high-emission sites. Thermal Transformer (Freienbach, canton of Schwyz) converts low-temperature waste heat into usable cooling and reduces electricity consumption by up to 98 per cent compared with conventional cooling systems.
Winduction (Zurich) enables electric buses to charge wirelessly through their wheels during regular halts at bus stops. Windworks (Lausanne) helps agricultural and industrial businesses reduce electricity costs and emissions with vertical wind turbines that efficiently harness variable winds at low altitudes.
