T&C

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the purchase of tickets for the Circulator Forum 2026 and related services. By purchasing a ticket you accept these T&C.

1. Scope and contracting party

The contracting party and organiser of the Circulator Forum is Fondation des Fondateurs, Breitingerstrasse 35, 8002 Zurich (the “Organiser”). For ticket enquiries, contact chris@circulator.ch. These T&C apply to all ticket purchases made via circulator.ch.

2. Registration and conclusion of contract

Registration takes place by purchasing a ticket on the website. The contract is concluded upon successful payment via our payment provider Stripe and confirmation by e-mail. The number of participants is limited; tickets are allocated in the order in which payment is received.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Fondation des Fondateurs is a charitable foundation and not subject to VAT; no VAT is shown. The ticket price is due immediately upon purchase and is processed via Stripe. Any discount or partner codes are redeemed at checkout.

4. Cancellation and transfer

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or refunded. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge up to the day before the event. Please send us the updated participant details in good time by e-mail to chris@circulator.ch. Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for event tickets.

5. Postponement and cancellation

If the event has to be postponed for reasons beyond the Organiser's control (e.g. force majeure, official orders, illness of key persons, loss of the venue), your ticket remains valid for the replacement date. A cash refund of the ticket price is excluded in the event of mere postponement. If the event is cancelled entirely and without replacement, the ticket price paid will be refunded; any further claims (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are excluded.

6. Photo, audio and video recordings

Photo, audio and video recordings are made at the Circulator Forum (including video podcasts, photos, live content). By participating, you consent to such recordings in which you appear being used and published by the Organiser and its partners without limitation in time or place, for documentation, reporting and promotion of the event (including online channels). No compensation is associated with this. If you do not wish to be recorded, please contact the team on site.

7. Exhibitors and sponsors

For exhibitor and sponsor tickets (B2B Exhibitor, Young Talent Sponsor), the services described on the website apply (e.g. exhibition space, Short Video, Podcast Talk). The Organiser is entitled to publish and distribute the podcast and video recordings created during the event together with the respective contribution. Further details are agreed individually where required.

8. Liability

The Organiser is liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by it or its auxiliary persons. Liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect and consequential damage is excluded to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for participants' personal belongings.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data in connection with the ticket purchase is governed by our privacy policy. Payment is processed via Stripe.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The contractual relationship is governed exclusively by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Winterthur, unless mandatory statutory provisions stipulate another place of jurisdiction.
